Mel's Kids Yoga is an Active and Creative Kids provider.

Yoga Therapy one on one session
A 60 minute Yoga therapy session tailored to your individual needs. Yoga Therapy looks at the whole body including
physical, mental and emotional aspects.
​
Through collecting information a program of Yoga Asana, breathing practices, mindfulness, health and lifestyle guidelines are provided.
​
​

Props are used and can be adapted to
suit all levels.

A free 15-minute phone consultation and worksheets for a

NDIS Supports
If you are plan managed or self managed you may be able to use your NDIS funding to participate in our classes or programs. All classes and programs are delivered by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with 20 years experience. Melanie also has experience working with children and adults with a disability.

Preschool programs
Our programs -

Emotional development and behaviour issues are improved through learning skills such as mindfulness.
​
Issues that are common in this age group including sleep problems, digestive issues, focus and concentration, co-ordination and balance are addressed through Yoga therapy as well as improving children’s overall health and wellbeing.

The classes are fun and interactive. A typical class includes mindfulness, yoga, games, stories and music. Children are offered opportunities to be active as well as practising to be still and calming their minds.

This program is available in Preschools as an incursion.

These classes include specialised Yoga Therapy exercises, mindfulness,
and music. Children learn skills and exercises to practice at home.

School Holiday and weekend workshops
